What are your employees complaining about?

Just very recently while I was shopping I overheard in two different supermarkets employees giving out to each other about their working conditions.   On one occasion I had to interrupt their discussion to ask for directions to locate a product which, I was informed it’s over there. Not impressed with the answer and service – but who am I only a customer!

What are your employees complaining about and to whom, you customers, your suppliers, their families?  Do you even know?  Well if you don’t I would find out now.
