  • Training budget between 3-5% of payroll
  • Training days per individual of 3-6 per year
  • Training Programmes related directly to the job in hand
  • Training Development programmes to grow within your role
  • Programmes for Personal Development of the employees’ choice
  • Learning implementation action plans for ROI
