What is stopping you from making someone smile today, just do it. It is not that difficult. It is just like squinting your eyes only using your mouth, try it, go on have a go. Look in a mirror and see. Now try it by opening your mouth a little, see a bigger smile. Now this is the best part, look at somebody else and give your smile away.

Smiling is infectious; you catch it like the flu,
when someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too
I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin
When he smiled I realised I’d passed it on to him.
I thought about that smile then I realised its worth,
