On Wednesday this week I wrote about what would be in my opinion much better information to provide to your potential employers. Some years ago son number two handed me a page with several pictures describing in his opinion why qualities and skills. I thought at the time WOW, would this not be a great CV to use whenever I would be looking for a new position – I regret I never had the courage to use it and sadly I have miss laid this special treasure over the years. It will turn up again somewhere sometime I can feel it.
This summer son number three handed me a page with his view of me to use as a CV again WOW.
I now have the courage, this is better than the about me section on my site.
It’s my time to be different -when is it your time?
Please do not confuse CV writing advice associated with the US CV with the UK CV. The UK CV is very similar to the US resume. The UK CV should not be written on more than 2 pages unless you are posting it to a job agency for example. The one of the most damaging CV Writing mistakes is not keeping the CV on a maximum of 2 pages. All CVs can be concised down to 2 pages, more pages can be a reason for rejection by a potential recruiter or employer.
Yep! I couldn’t agree more..

Hi Mike
Thanks for your comment and advice, I still strongly feel that the days of the standard CV or Rsume of the two pages is of no value to the employer and what is required is new thinking and something that will help you stand out – Thanks again for taking the time to post a comment and best wishes with your work. I hope to see you back on the site.
Regards, Mel
