I am sure you have had the conversations in the mirror with yourself, for example – if they do this then I will do that, if she/he says this I will say that.
Stop now as it might never happen. Â Worrying about what might happen is of no value to you. Â Start your week with positive and happy thoughts about you.
You must understand how to feel loved before you can love – for to be loved you must be open in your heart – so love yourself and then you can love others.  This is your week now enjoy it.
