I would suggest not.
Did they learn and come out the other side of their difficulties.
I would suggest yes.
So for today believe in yourself and turn the issues that you are finding difficult in your life into thoughts of joy -for you can learn and grow in your life to be strong and continue on the path for which you are here to achieve.
Ask yourself how will I grow in character today- and smile today for you are learning to grow and live your life.
