Never Lose the Child Within - Your World of Business.

What you create in your life will either support you or hinder you in what you want to achieve. Like the culture you create and support within your organisation, it can make the Company great or destroy it – everyone has a part to play including you. Why do we lose the child within us when we enter the world of Business?

Stand Tall

I was reading a post on Evelyn Lim website http://www.abundancetapestry.com/ 5 Lessons From How To Train Your Dragon. The first point  Evelyn made was Be Yourself and it reminded me of a poem I had written on the 17th March 2002. So I thought it would be nice to share  this with you. Thank you Evelyn for reminding me.

“Stand Tall”

If life were different what would you be

Somebody else but not me

Why I dream of someone else to be

Why do I want to be somebody but me

What’s wrong with your life to date

Why do you want to change its not to late

You are yourself good or bad

Love yourself and you will be glad

If grass was greener on the other side

Would you not look at yourself deep inside

You are the only one to be found

You are so beautiful keep you legs on the ground

So whoever you are smile

Because on this earth you will be only for a short while

God has made you one and all

So love yourself and stand tall
